Return & Exchange Policy

• I want to exchange size or color - We cover the shipping on the new product.

• I just don’t like/want my product - You cover the shipping to return the product.

• I just want to change to another style - you cover the difference if you upgrade (eg Memory Foam > Memory Foam +). If you want to exchange for something that costs less (eg Memory Foam + > Inflatable), we’ll refund the difference!

If you decide you simply don't like your Arto Pillow product, you have 30 days from purchase to request a return on unworn, unused, and unaltered products. 

We do not refund shipping.
